PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Choose between 3, 6 or 12-month coaching programs. One-on-One Coaching helps individuals in need of professional development to overcome key challenges affecting their career.

Coach will identify expectations of key stakeholders: Coachee, Client Sponsor, and others.
Assessments >
Coach will administer assessments (determined by best fit).
Analysis >
Coach will analyze data and collaborate with coachee to determine goal-driven themes.

Coach will provide feedback, clarifying and discussing impacts on their effectiveness.
> Identify
Coach will assess Client strengths and areas of development.
> Action
Coach and Client will work together to create an Action Plan, setting a maximum of three goals.

Individual in-person or virtual sessions between Coach and Coachee focused on Action Plan.
Observations >
Coach provides observational feedback to assess progress, and solicit direct reports from key stakeholders.
Check-Ins >
Coach will provide services to coachee periodically via phone or email in between sessions.

Coach solicits second data collection from key stakeholders and conducts post-evaluation 360 Degree Survey 6-months after conclusion of program. *Typically available for 6 or 12-month programs.

Coach and Sponsor assess effectiveness of program and determine whether an extension is needed, or program is complete.
